It’s not always easy to decide whether or not coaching is for you. How does it work? What does it involve? What are your options if you know you need guidance but money, time or society is an issue?
My name is Elizabeth Wood, Founder of Inspire Me Coaching. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. I believe when individuals take personal responsibility - everyone benefits.
Therefore I love to coach those who have a strong desire to move forward in their lives. I encourage my clients to ‘think outside the box’ in order to truly live their purpose whilst exploring their options.
Whether working on a plan of action, updating or gaining a new skill set, or looking at what the issue really is, I promote clients to take bold leaps in creating an enriching life. Coaching sessions are also bound by an 100% confidentiality agreement that is signed by both parties at the beginning of our coaching relationship.
My approach is warm, intuitive and very practical, sharing my experience, skills, knowledge and resources, to help YOU to produce results authentic to your values and beliefs.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and dynamic process whereby the coach and client (that’s you!) work together to address the client's agenda. Coaching is a relationship where your purpose is identified and your challenges are met, both of which are an eye-opening journey of personal discovery.
As the coaching relationship grows and blooms, you will often find yourself addressing deeper areas of your life such as heart, mind, body, soul and relationships.
Coaching is about having someone on your side. Someone with an outside perspective to bounce ideas off and get the encouragement and support that you need to ask more of yourself and to accomplish what you really want more easily. And we are talking about what YOU want - not what you should want or somebody else thinks you should want.
Coaching helps you to focus, clarify and take action. It is an adult to adult relationship in which I will support you in being responsible for your own life choices as long as they are morally sound and do not break the law.

What Coaching Is Not
Coaching can often be confused with many other professions. It is important to understand from the outset what coaching is not.
Coaching is not therapy; although that can have a useful role to play at different times. If you are in a lot of emotional pain or caught up with past issues then you may like to consult a professional therapist. Coaching is more concerned with taking appropriate action in the present time so as to create the life that you choose.
Coaching is not consultancy, although that can also be a valuable tool and there is some overlap at times (for more info on PR & Marketing Consultancy services please click here). Consultancy is appropriate if you want someone with specialist knowledge in a particular area to provide solutions and/or to implement them for you. Coaching is more to do with supporting you in generating and implementing your own solutions.
Our Process
How does coaching work?
Coaching sessions at “Inspire Me” is conducted online through Skype or Zoom for 60 minutes where there are no distractions.
Therefore I am able to better focus on the content of the conversation, and we both save time in travel time and cost.
During each session, we will address your agenda for that session so that I can assist you in working through any challenges being addressed. Face to face meet-ups can be arranged in advance. An initial “Exploration sample session” will be conducted in order to build rapport between client and coach. From there both parties can decide whether or not to commit to a coaching relationship. Either has the right to choose whether or not to go ahead. Click here to book your free 30 minute exploration sample session.
